><\/i><p style=\"color:#8b1f1c;font-size: 20px;font-weight: 500;\">Problema<\/p><\/div>[vc_column_text css=&#8221;&#8221;]<b>Ingartek<\/b> developed for <b>Megapark Commercial Park<\/b> a project to analyse and plan commuting patterns with the aim of improving <b>commute management<\/b> for employees and moving towards a more sustainable and efficient mobility model.<\/p>\n<p>Currently, this type of project is particularly relevant with the entry into force of <b>Law 9\/2025 on Sustainable Mobility<\/b>, which requires many companies and organisations to implement a <b>Sustainable Commuting Plan (SCP)<\/b> and plan the <b>commuting patterns<\/b> of their workplaces.<\/p>\n<p>The project analysed the <b>commuting habits<\/b> of employees at the commercial park and identified improvement opportunities tailored to the characteristics of the environment and the activity carried out at Megapark.<\/p>\n<h3><b>The challenge<\/b><\/h3>\n<p>One of the main challenges was the high dependence on private vehicles to access the commercial park, driven by ample free parking and certain mobility habits of users.<\/p>\n<p>At the same time, the area offered extensive public transport options and a significant proportion of employees lived within 10 kilometres of the workplace, opening real opportunities to promote more sustainable commuting.<\/p>\n<p>Furthermore, factors such as flexible commuting, lack of information on existing alternatives, and difficulty coordinating shared trips directly influenced <b>mobility habits.<\/b><\/p>\n<h3><b>Mobility analysis and diagnosis<\/b><\/h3>\n<p>For the project, Ingartek conducted a detailed analysis of the <b>commuting patterns<\/b> of Megapark Commercial Park using:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Mobility surveys of employees<\/li>\n<li>Commuting and accessibility analysis<\/li>\n<li>Study of the environment and public transport<\/li>\n<li>Analysis of mobility habits<\/li>\n<li>Evaluation of improvement opportunities<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The diagnosis identified commuting patterns, detected limitations related to <b>sustainable mobility<\/b>, and analysed potential measures adapted to the characteristics of the commercial park and its surroundings.<\/p>\n<p>Additionally, the project included a participatory process to gather input from employees and facilitate the progressive implementation of the <b>Sustainable Commuting Plan (SCP).<\/b>[\/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space]<div class=\"q_icon_list\"><i class=\"qode_icon_font_awesome fa fa-check qode-ili-icon-holder more sustainable and efficient commuting for employees, including:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Encouragement of walking, cycling and electric scooter travel<\/li>\n<li>Promotion of car sharing<\/li>\n<li>Improved accessibility for sustainable modes<\/li>\n<li>Awareness and awareness-raising actions<\/li>\n<li>Proposals related to public transport and cycling infrastructure<\/li>\n<li>Planning and monitoring of implemented measures<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Additionally, a progressive action plan was defined to facilitate the implementation, control and future monitoring of the <b>SCP<\/b>.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><b>Result<\/b><\/h3>\n<p>The project provided Megapark Commercial Park with a detailed overview of <b>employee commuting patterns<\/b> and identified real improvement opportunities tailored to the characteristics of the environment and the commercial park&#8217;s activity.<\/p>\n<p>The analysis facilitated the definition of viable measures aimed at <b>improving commuting patterns<\/b>, reducing dependence on private vehicles, and moving towards a more <b>efficient and sustainable mobility model.<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Furthermore, the project established structured planning aligned with the new requirements related to <b>Sustainable Commuting Plans (SCPs)<\/b> and the management of <b>commuting patterns<\/b> in <b>environments with a high volume of
